Wendy's - Colorado Springs

Very friendly and fast service! Our hamburgers, nuggets, and fries where delicious ?

Horrible horrible horrible... couldn't even eat my burger, it was soaked in mustard. The fries were cold even before we left the parking lot. Wish I could write a positive thing on here but I'm pretty disappointed in my service.

Wife wanted to go for one of their salads and I agreed because Wendy's is usually a safe choice. I have never had a great meal at any of their locations but it has never been a bad choice for... until last night. Went through the drive through. Mistake number 1. Although it took quite a while before we could place our order, the receiving of it was pretty fast. The person at the window was very nice or I would have only given 1 star. I ordered the Baconator meal and I believe they prepared the wrong burger because when I got home the burger had 2 patties and almost none of those anorexic bacon slices these places use. The fries were better than ones I typically get from Wendy's, but that is not saying much. Overall, it was the worst burger I have had in a very long time.

We went inside becausevI wanted to make sure the food was hot and fresh before we went home. We've been disappointed a lot lately. Started good, but the manager and staff got a real attitude when I asked if they could drop fresh nuggets. I tried one when we got our bags, and they were not hot. The fries were hot but not the nuggets. I got passive aggressive snarkey comments and my husband got mean mugged by another employee. Our burgers were really cold when we got home, and not slightly from waiting the 4 min for the nuggets. All of these chain restaurants just don't care about quality and service anymore. This particular Wendy's is not good and won't be back.

The parking is a little bit crazy double check your order if you go through the drive-through the make sure you got to correct items
