Wingstop - Colorado Springs

I love wings, but I was disappointed with this restaurant. The wings were hardly coated in sauce and the fries were cold. I think Buffalo Wild Wings would be a better choice.

We have been ordering from the Southgate location since they first opened - our first order was one year ago. We found that the wings were small and the prices were inaccurate. The taste was still good, but the high cost makes it difficult to justify ordering once a month. Will we say farewell to Wingstop?

You said it would take 15 minutes for our order and wait almost 45 minutes. also for all apartments for a 10 piece and only got 4 apartments and the rest were drums. How is it that it took 30 minutes after the time we were quoted to get the order wrong? the staff just walked around while we waited. had to ask for our order several times. terrible workers!

The wing stops strip all workers 30 minutes of their pauses, but they do not give them the additional 30 minutes they worked and I spoke to the responsible of the wing stops, but they do nothing. they take away the pauses and do not give us the time we have worked for the pauses. we make it that we have taken a break, even though we haven't done it. could do something about it, as this happens with all wings in colorado springs.

Let me start this by saying I love Wingstop as a whole; the wings, the fries, the ranch, sides, just about everything they have to offer is absolutely delicious. This particular restaurant as a whole though is absolutely pitiful 60% of the time. Countless times I am missing part of my order, my food is old, service is poor, or I'm even delivered a wrong order and asked to bring it back to the store myself. When it's good and done right it is absolutely fantastic but that is so far and few at this location. Ready to make the extra drive to go to another location from here on out because I am so sick of being disappointed time after time. Wingstop is Great and I love it, but this one restaurant needs a complete restaffing from the ground up.
