Xiang's Kitchen - Colorado Springs

I absolutely loved this restaurant! My party and I visited twice, and both times were fantastic. They offer a variety of expected dishes, all served hot and in generous portions. The egg drop soup was truly exceptional, possibly the best I've ever had in Colorado Springs. I also tried the shrimp chow mein with crunchy noodles and the pot stickers, both of which were outstanding. The pot stickers in particular were larger than what I've seen at other places and were filled with delicious pork. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best Chinese cuisine in colorado. we have made vacation in colorado springs and were looking for authentic Chinese food. found this place and asked if they have authentic Chinese food. the answer was a half-fire lu yes. we ordered basil combination, lichen盐虾, 锅, 锅 they are all as good as they can get from a beautiful restaurant in manhattans chinatown. highly recommended.

I have mongolic bark, today weep and garnish, pot stickers and egg rolls. very impressive for colorado springs because I thought it tasted like china town in boston. very fresh, chic and satisfying portions. nice that I switched, so delicious!

I never leave reviews but i recently tried xiangs steamed dumplings and they were so good i had to leave a review.. I thought I didn't like steamed dumplings as he only ones I've tried were at buffets and I didn't like them but the ones at xiangs are amazing and I will be ordering them every time I eat here. Everything else I've tried at xiangs is also excellent. I've tried other Asian restaurants since I moved here but xiangs is by far the best with the quality and amount of food with each order.
