Zesty Thai - Colorado Springs

This is my favorite Thai restaurant. Chef Ingrid is amazing and will prepare meals to your exact specifications. I am not only vegan but also follow a whole food plant-based no oil diet, and she is very accommodating! My only regret is that they do not have spring rolls on the menu.

This new Thai restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options. The owner, who has 15 years of cooking experience, is willing to accommodate special orders for vegans. They even have a separate vegan menu! I requested extra veggies and they were generous and delicious.

Our first time here it was above average, veggies were good in the garlic beef. This time, it was terrible. Clearly ate none of her garbage food and she wouldn't give me a refund, if you ask for extra veggies, you don't mean random veggies that don't come in the dish or go with it. Go to Chaang Thai, don't go here. I feel bad for the people in Flying horse for having to deal with this terrible place and terrible owner who wants to argue rather than make it right. You're lucky for the 2 star, my son liked his dumplings

Zesty Thai is one of my most favorite places! The food is basically homemade and so fresh! Each dish is customizable the veggies, meat, and mild or spicy. The chef/owner often comes out to chat and is so sweet! Seriously, go and go often! Try the wontons, egg rolls, fried rice, or my favorite ginger stir fry! So good!
