Steak N Shake - Columbia

Who doesn't love this place? I was so glad to see one like those close to me. it was lunchtime and the place was packed, including the trip thru. we believed it and went in to command one. it was ready in minutes, hot and fresh! chili 5 way for the victorious! vegetarian options: husband could grab a grilled cheese, pommes and a shake. a happy vegetarian.

Was excellent service and eating had a funny new sauce, children eating free on Sunday 12 under. on the high male server could not be asked for better!

Rae is an absolute Rockstar! I have never witnessed such a hard-working waitress. She single-handedly took orders for a very full restaurant she has exceptional customer service skills. Plus, she is quick efficient, somehow remembering so many orders while keeping up with refills grabbing extra sauces, etc. Rae is just a few months away from having a baby, so kudos for that, too. She deserves a raise, a promotion, a bonus, a vacation more for all the ways she works so hard to keep her customers happy. We pray we were at least a bit of a blessing to her as well. Please tip generously.

Dining in was a sit down experience, rather than your typical fast food setup.

Waitress was dirty and rude, horrible attitude and looked like she just rolled through some dirt. Not a clean environment
