Feedback gevenWORST EMPLOYEES EVER. After I waited the full allotted time the call center asked for in order for the pizza to be ready, which was 30 minutes. I got there and I asked the cashier only once in a normal tone of voice if it was done and the cashier had thenerve to say I was going crazy for the pizza as if that wasn 't the first and only time I asked if it was ready. After waitinganother 20 minutes I was finally able to get my food. Dominos really need to give there employees a handbook on how to talk tothe people they are supposed to be giving good customer service to.
I was worried to order here, given the reviews, but it's the only one who delivers to our place. Overall it was good! The bread twists could have been done a bit better, but all in all, we loved it it arrived in a timely manner, and delivery driver wasgreat!!
We ordered delivery and noticed it was still in prep after an hour and a half. Couldn't get a hold of the store via phone so I drove over there to see what was up. I walked in and saw 6 people working super hard, and asked if they missed our ordersomehow. We had to cancel our order because we didn't wanna wait another 45 mins. They said they just had a ton of orders comein (81). The guy was super nice and said he wishes the website could manage things better so this many orders don't go throughat once. Clearly this is a bad timing/website issue and as we've never had this problem before, but looking through reviews, itseems this needs to be fixed higher up the chain.
Avoid this location! No one will answer the phone (7 calls), They falsely change the order from a free pizza to a charged pizza, they have no drinks on hand at the store, my order was an hour and a half late, the driver tells me there is only one employee,plus him as the driver. The did give a $10 CREDIT on the receipt that was altered. Where is the Franchise owner for this store?This store needs help NOW!
This Domino's does the bare minimum not to mention when you oder food online it tells you when it will be ready however the last 2 times they have told me my order was going to be another 45 minutes!! Either this franchise needs to pay employees more to getquality or they need to make a better selection of employees. Very disappointed with the location. Just shut it down.
