Bojangles Famous Chicken And Biscuits

The restaurant is in need of renovation and pest control. I noticed bugs on the floor and tables, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were buckets placed on the floor to catch water from the leaking roof.

I placed an order at the drive-thru, and the person at the window repeated my order three times. However, when I checked the bag, I didn’t receive what I ordered, and the biscuits weren’t even fully cooked. I called and spoke to a manager who was very nice and helped replace my order, which turned out to be excellent.

The service was very slow. I waited over 30 minutes after placing my order at the drive-thru. When I went inside, the manager wasn't even aware that I had placed an order. There were several other customers waiting after ordering at the drive-thru as well.

Service on the inside was awful, seeing 4 to one in the drive thru.

Not all Bojangles are created equal. This is a good one.
