Carolina Cafe And Catering Company

The food here is excellent! My office is located near Carolina Cafe, and they offer free delivery to nearby places. My coworkers and I typically place an order from here at least once a week. When we order, we’re usually informed that it will take about 45 minutes, but it often arrives in just 20 minutes or less, which is fantastic! Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience.

After waiting nearly an hour and a half for delivery, I received another call from a different representative who informed me that they were completely out of all bagels, so they hadn't even started making my order yet. I requested a refund, which I promptly received. While their communication with customers is commendable, there seems to be a breakdown in communication between the front of house and back of house staff that needs to be addressed to prevent issues like this from occurring. Despite this experience, I would still consider ordering from them again, as I believe they are a worthwhile local business to support.

I wish I had taken a picture of my bagel. It was just a simple, toasted plain bagel with extra cream cheese. Nothing fancy, just exactly what I wanted. However, as a Jersey girl who spent 18 years working in New York City and now lives in Atlanta, I have to say the South often serves round bread and calls it bagels. While traveling, I decided to look for the best bagels and found Carolina Cafe, which was highly recommended with plenty of fantastic photos. I decided to check it out, and I'm so glad I did! What a delightful surprise! The bagels were outstanding, looking and tasting just like the fabulous ones from New York City. I was truly amazed! I enjoyed my bagel outside, and I loved the atmosphere of the place. If you're in the area, definitely give this café a try. You won't be disappointed!

I order alot from here.. its quick and always delicious.. the portions are great and I can always customize my bagels any way i want.. Daniel our delivery guy is amazing...he always has a smile on his face...always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right and that me and the people I work with who order are happy. From vegan to meat lovers(like me) Carolina Cafe offers all you could need.

Ordered egg and cheese on a jalepeno bagel, a blueberry muffin, and a fountain soda this morning and it was delivered to my suite on the 14th floor 20 minutes from the time I ordered!! The food was great and the service was incredible also cannot beat the free delivery!! I think this will be my office's new breakfast spot :
