Chili's Grill - Columbia

The food and service were quite good. I had chips and cheese with salsa. There were several types of salsa, but they were too watery and lacked enough texture. I'll definitely ask for more next time. The only hot sauce available was Tabasco, which I found to be overly spicy without much flavor. Overall, it was all heat without the taste.

The staff was friendly, but the waitress appeared somewhat disinterested. The chips and Queso trio were served cold, and the chips were stale. I ordered the Cajun pasta, and it arrived cold with little to no flavor. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.

The restaurant is very accommodating, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere that's great for both dining and reflection. The food was enjoyable. However, the manager seemed unaware of an issue regarding the table service kiosk, which some guests were mistakenly using to access the wrong websites for downloading the chili app. There was no apparent interest in addressing this, which made it seem like customer experience wasn't a priority for the manager.

Bathroom really dirty and restaurant grimy would be nervous to eat food there. My wife shared inside middle stall in nail polish someone wrote die in red. Windows dirty ceiling in bathroom sinking hole in stall. Worst cleanliness seen in a long time. Staff was nice this is a management issue.

Like every place they're short-handed. The way Chris was not able to get back to fill our drinks. It was not her fault she was busting her butt to wait on the customer she had. The food was fine.
