Cook Out - Columbia

I was there the morning of August 19 2024. The food was cold. While I was standing there a manager slammed the window in some poor girls face almost getting her face. He's lucky my husband couldn't get to him because all she did was ask for her check. I don't know that we will be going back to this place if this is the way they treat their employees. And they have no seating or tables.

Most of the food has a good flavor, but for me I don't like my Burgers dry. I been there 3 times, twice for Burgers once for the Hot Dogs. The Hot Dogs with the Cole Slaw were great.

Cookout is always solid, and what a value! While it's no fine dining spot, you can't beat the price, especially for the amount of food and quality that you get. We were driving back home and made it a point to stop here, delaying our hunger. It was definitely worth it. The service was efficient, and we were able to get on our way.

On our way back home from Lake Cumberland, we were in search of food. We were going to stop by a usual fast food when we saw Cook Out and had to stop. I've never seen or been to one before. They offer drive thru and walk up. We went to drive thru ordered a Cook Out tray: small burger with white cheddar cheese bites and coleslaw and a milkshake and I got a cheeseburger quesadilla with a small fries and sweet tea. Once we placed our order and drove to the window. After payment our food was ready and out. I was surprised how fast the service was. Everything tastes delicious and out order was correctly and no complaints except more cheese bites. It was definitely worth the stop.

These guys are the absolute greatest. The food is always excellent and the service is great. I have never had an order messed up here. The prices are not bad either. Keep up the good work guys....you are appreciated !
