Domino's Pizza - Columbia

I recently went to a restaurant and ordered cheese, but received pepperoni instead. By the time I got home, which is at least a 30-minute drive away in a different town, I realized the mistake. I was very disappointed because I had waited a long time for my order to be prepared and for delivery, only to find that it was incorrect.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Dominos on Chestnut St. in Columbia. The new crew needs to be retrained or let go as my wings were not cooked properly despite requesting it three times, and I found a hair baked into my pizza. When offered a replacement, I declined and had them remake my order, but overall I was unimpressed and do not plan on ordering from this location again. The lack of hygiene is concerning, and it makes me uneasy to think about what else may be in the food.

I accidentally gave my order to someone else, but the restaurant quickly refunded me and delivered my food in just 10 minutes. The food was delicious.

Not sure if I'm credible anymore since I just started delivering from here, but I've been a customer for about two years before that. Feel free to delete my post, but I gotta say, the speed, skill, customer service, and friendliness of the folks here isfantastic. Food tastes great, too.

Submitted a refund for this terrible pizza and still no refund. Dominoes will never see my money again.
