Dunkin' - Columbia

During our visit to South Carolina, we stopped by Dunkin' Donuts in Jackson to visit my son at his boat camp. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident. The Dunkin' Donuts staff graciously allowed us to stay there while we sorted out our situation and arranged for a new vehicle and a ride back to our hotel. They even offered donuts and hot chocolate to the children and made sure we were taken care of. I am very grateful for their kindness and assistance. They are truly amazing people!

This restaurant review is harsh. The place was only open for app pickup and the staff seemed annoyed that we entered to place our order in person. The interior was dirty and the only person making an effort to clean it up was the dishwasher. My small coffee took 4 minutes to be ready on the pickup counter. My friend ordered a large coffee that was left without a lid under the coffee dispenser for the same amount of time while the staff appeared busy and ignored us. It was disappointing to make a stop at this Dunkin Donuts during our road trip. A one-star rating is being generous.

I really enjoy their donuts, and I was impressed to see that they have started labeling the flavors on the donuts. However, I am not a fan of them using plastic gloves to handle the donuts. Hopefully they will start using gloves soon, especially with the ongoing presence of the coronavirus. It is important to enforce the use of gloves for safety.

I stop at this DD to get my bride a refresher drink a lot. Enough that the staff recognizes me and knows her drink.I always walk in because the staff is fun to talk with and extremely nice.If you are in the mood for a DD product, this one is a good choice.

I came all the way here from the highway cause j live Dunkin but they literally didn’t have anything, not hazel but mocha or oatmeal products. They just looked at me like oh well. Usually Dunkin’ has better service and the lady that helped me with the braids was not accommodating at all.
