Firehouse Subs Forest Dr. - Columbia

Njoyed Sandwich has been a while since I went to eat them big place love the boiler chips.

The salad was fresh and crisp. The sub was generously filled with plenty of meat, cheese, and vegetables. The staff was considerate, polite, and extremely helpful. This has become our go-to spot for subs and salads.

I ordered two subs and two cookies, and when I asked the lady if the cookies were included in the bag, she assured me they were. However, when I got home, I found there were no cookies. I called back to discuss the issue with her, but she seemed indifferent. I then spoke with the manager, who didn't seem to care either. I will not be returning to this Firehouse Subs again due to their terrible customer service.

Currently my favorite Firehouse location. I gave feedback, and the manager listened, remedying the issue. They always have my online orders available when requested, and they never leave off or add in ingredients. Amazing service!

Hook Ladder is fantastic! It's a great spot to enjoy a sub. The portions are generous, and the food is always hot and fresh!
