Firehouse Subs Killian Crossing

The service is so slow. I made an online order to be ready in 2010 and the order warns ready until I arrived there and had to wait 10 minutes until it could be done. Why have online order if you still have to wait. Shame

Although our food was good I was so disappointed in what was a $13 sub that was accepted to be a big one, but looked more like a small one and the chili bowl was literally just a cup full of chili! The staff were nice and the store was clean. They are also great about our first answers.

The service here is lacking. There were moments when I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Some of the staff seem quite unhappy. The subs are decent, but that’s about it. I’d recommend going to Subway instead.

I really love the sub, but my order was wrong this time. I tried to get it fixed, but they weren't able to help me.

Walked in and placed order for 2 med subs. Waited over 20 minutes to receive subs when the restaurant looked like this inside.
