Feedback gevenI called the store, and the young lady who answered was nice and said she would pass my information along to her manager. However, instead of a phone call, the manager opted to text me. She addressed issues that I hadn't even mentioned, and when I pointed this out, she changed her excuse, saying that because of where I live, I should have eaten the sandwich in-store, which is why it wasn't good. What? She then offered me a discount for another sandwich. I thought, “No way.” I would have to throw away the $10 sandwich I had, drive back to get a discounted one? Absolutely not. I won't be returning. I have a food group page where I’ll be sharing my experience to inform others about how they treat customers. Save your money and time.
I waited over an hour for a pickup order, and this is the second time they haven't started making it until I arrived. While I was waiting, another customer ordered and received his two sandwiches before my order was even completed. I won’t be coming back; the $95 I spent on our order was not worth it.

My Pepsi had a bunch of black specs at the bottom of it (I’m guessing from not cleaning the machine or ice maker) my chicken was a grey color. Disappointed. I’m pregnant worried about what I just drank because I didn’t realize until it was gone I was eating the ice.
I was sent a coupon code to use at grouchos. I tried to use it. It says invalid. So I called the location to ask what to do and they suggested I contact corp. Which can take up to 48 hours. Well it 's been 72 hours and no response from corp. I know the location could have easily just discounted my food for the coupon amount and it 's insane the customer has to chase someone down for answers. EDIT: After reading the comment the owner left I am blown away. There are much better ways to handle this situation. The code is apparently invalid for a lot of people because corp just emailed me back. I wish I could add a screen shot of the email. There were correct ways to approach this then there was the owners way. WOOOOOWWWWW
