My only complaint is that it was quite pricey. I felt like I was partially covering the electric bill for six cookies that were warmed up—something I could easily do at home. I would consider returning if I were really craving that double chocolate chunk cookie, as it was truly exceptional. The restaurant was clean, but the staff seemed to be lacking enthusiasm for their jobs. The ice cream, while decent, didn't stand out. Still, I think it's worth trying this place at least once.

When I visit in person, the staff often seem disinterested in their work. On the bright side, the cookies are always fresh. However, my delivery experiences have been frustrating; I've had my cookies sent to a random hotel instead of my own home. I've also waited over 3-4 hours for my orders, and they frequently arrive broken and cold.

The staff member I encountered was fine, but she didn’t exude any welcoming energy; it felt more like she was just going through the motions. A simple smile or greeting would have made a difference. I tried one of the cookies when I got home, and it was good! Although I had expected them to be warm, they were still tasty, so no complaints there.
