Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Columbia

I'm not having a problem with the food but I do have a problem with my order being wrong. Asked for extra crispy, got original and no biscuit. This is not the first time it's happened at night. Young lady at the window handed me my food and never saidanything else. Oh yeah, they gave my order to the car in front of me first.

These people are rude and could careless about giving good service!!! One of the smart mouths in the window think she's a big bad wolf. She gone try tha right one on the wrong day!!! So glad I'm a changed woman because her mouth is real disrespectful!!!

Its everytime we order they get the order wrong. Chicken livers were hard as rocks like they had been cooked for a long time. I specifically told the cashier I wanted each order as a meal but 2 of the 3 orders was put in as a combo, which by the waysupposed to come with a cookie and we got none. The combos come with 1 side but thinking she had entered them as a meal I toldher 2 different sides and was charged 3 bucks more. The meal should have been like 7.50 but by putting them I n as a combo for 6bucks then adding 3 bucks for and extra side each one totalled 9 bucks. We can never order and get what is ordered withoutchecking and making them do it correctly. Prices are outrageous too for what in stores are the cheapest meat you can buy. Wehave went from eating there often to very seldom. Check your order and receipts, you were advised.

The employees did their best to get the food out in a mannerly time and Brittany was respectful when taking my order and asked questions to make sure it was correct

Actually, it was a great experience! I asked for extra Nashville hot sauce and they delivered on it! Ordered at the drive thru, didn't wait long, received it hot fresh. Best fast food fries hands down.
