Lita’s Treats - Columbia

I was very pleased with my purchase. Lemon cupcake and a red velvet with nuts. Everyone always makes ornate decor with frosting, but the frosting isn’t very tasty. Here it is both beautiful and delicious. Tastes light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Just right.

The cupcakes are delicious. However, the staff is in desperate need of proper Customer Service training. My family and I walked in and none of the staff even lifted their heads from their cellphones to acknowledged us. With this attitude they are going to be their own down fall. There goes the Northeast.

The Cupcakes blew me away, they were far beyond what I expected. The Best cupcakes in Columbia in my opinion. I’ve tried so many different places but none compare… this is what a cupcake should taste like. I had strawberry, double chocolate, vanilla and red velvet ! Each one unique and Amazing!

It’s sad to say , The consumer service need a lot of improvement ,Maybe today was not a good day to visit Lita Cupcakewhen it comes to providing customer service .A simple acknowledgment would boost the company tremendously. Over all the cupcake are Awesome!

Everything is delicious but you have to try the strawberry cheesecake jars!Also any cinnamon rolls she makes are ???
