Maurice's Piggie Park Bbq - Columbia

My son said if he only had one thing to eat for the rest of his life it would be Maurice's banana pudding. Our quick father's day lunch was very good.

Very disappointing. I grew up eating Piggy Park and loved every bite. Today, was bad. My wife and daughter were served cold and hard Mac and cheese. Due to dietary restrictions, I cannot have added sugar. All items have sugar. Wonder why we have health issues in this country. No BBQ without sauce. I got a cheese burger plain. Frozen dry pattie. Plus the food sat in the window for 5 minutes before we were served. Not busy, only two tables and no one in the drive through.

Before Maurice expanded into multiple locations all the delicious offerings were prepared on the spot and served piping hot at a price I could afford.

Food is exactly what you would expect from a fast food BBQ place. Fair warning, it is impossible to get out of the drive through in less than 10 minutes. It seems like they make half the menu to order and pull the other half from under a heat lamp that has been sitting for several days. Every time I come here, you would think that extra time would enable them to get your order right, but they always get it wrong. Have ordered pulled chicken and received the driest bone in chicken I have ever seen. Have ordered briquette and received pulled pork. All of it is either good, or not edible, some I would not feed to my dog.I wish you the best if you want to try your luck at the BBQ casino.
