Great place, great people , great management! Forgot the ladies name late night closing manager some tattoos that I recognized her by is the sweetest person ever!!she went above and beyond! All I have to say is thank you for helping me! I hope this helps you all out
Parking: Always busy. Long wait in the drive-thru. Parking lot was full. Food was fresh and hot.
Only 2 people working front/drive thru. They are busy so they just pretend there aren't 5-6 people waiting to get their order taken. We stood there for about 10 minutes before someone actually acknowledged us. You need to get rid of the kiosks and hire some people!!!! Not fair to have kiosks that cant cook or serve people, only take . Customer service is lacking, but I'm sure the 2 people that are working are tired of listening to customers complain. The food quality has gone way down while the prices go up. Hire some people and pay them enough to care about their job!
How do you manage to serve cold food at 5:30 when you have 20 cars in line? Garbage. That what it taste like.
