Feedback gevenI have an online order. I wanted to pick it up. There was only a young lady. She took orders and cooking. My order was hot, fresh and delicious. I didn't get her name, but she was well represented. My experience with her will definitely bring me back to the customer.
I was really impressed by the service and quality of the food she gave me! Good job, Papa Johns! After a few bad experiences I was not sure to go back to this, but I am glad I did it!
Order a pizza and went to pick up and they had not claimed my order in their system, I canceled. The cashier was very friendly, but the lady who was asked for the order had a bad day and was confronted and released when they waited for an argument with customers to post on YouTube I went, no worries. The manager was there and allowed this to help without offers or to correct their mistakes. I'm not going back there.
Six months ago I could order from this store and it would be delivered on time, almost every time. Today I have an online order at 10:30 for delivery at 11:45. The pizza came at 1:02. This is the third order this year that was either not delivered at all or was too late for an hour. The pizza is fine, and I understand that the drivers are hard to find, but 75 minutes too late is simply unacceptable. I'll find a new place to order lunch for our office.
My husband went into the location to place an order was told it would be a 40min wait….and there was NO ORDERS ON THEIR SCREENS. So when then decided to go home and just place an online order for delivery tried to called the store to modify the order someone answered, then hung up. I tried to call back but they kept sending me to voicemail. THEN THEY CANCELED MY ORDER….. I love my pizza from you guys but this service is not worth it!
