My hope for 2022 is that this restaurant gets a much-needed change or closes its doors. The attitude of the staff was off-putting, and the food didn't live up to expectations—bland and unexciting. It felt like there was a serious lack of quality control, both in the ingredients and the service. Overall, this restaurant is hit or miss, and unfortunately, my experience was a miss. The front-of-house staff didn't seem ready or willing to assist customers, which might explain why it was so empty during my visit. I would not recommend this place, as it did not deliver on taste or customer service.

My family has been enjoying Beijing Cook for special occasions like Mother's Day, Father's Day, and birthdays for many years. We are quite disappointed that they have not reopened their dining room since the COVID-19 closure two years ago. The food is fantastic, but it was the restaurant's quiet atmosphere, excellent service, and overall enjoyable dining experience that made us choose it. While the meals are a bit pricey and we live a bit too far to justify the cost, we will definitely return when they open their dining room again. However, if they don’t, dining alone just doesn’t justify the extra expense and effort for us.

From my childhood to my college years, this has always been my go-to spot for Chinese food. This restaurant offers the best cuisine that never disappoints, no matter the time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, truly reflecting their appreciation for both their customers and the Hickory Ridge community.

It is very good to eat! we have the salt and pepper shaker with scallops dish! the texture and taste was amazing and not like other restaurants that I was that have this dish.

Food is always great, fresh, no MSG ready on time for pickup.Lovely Family Owned Small Business.Our favorites are definitely the Wonton Soup, Kung Po Chicken, Beef with Green Peppers Pork Fried Rice.Covid has affected so many of our restaurants small businesses. Definitely give them a try for your next carryout.
