Red Lobster Columbia Two Notch Rd

I had a fantastic experience at the Red Lobster location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and both the food and service were top-notch.

That was the worst culinary experience I ever had at Red Lobster! First - they did not make our reservations through Open Table! In fact, they literally forgot to even put my name while I was before them! I had to wait almost 40 minutes to sit down, but they sat people who came after us. Secondly, they brought the wrong food on our table twice! Thirdly, they gave us plastic war to eat, we literally tried to eat our dinner with the same plastic Utensil's McDonald's use! And she said she would bring us silverware at a moment, but she never did. Fourth, most of the time when we had no drinks, our waitress MIA was. What the restaurant wasn't even busy, so I don't know what she was doing. Fifth- my meal finally shows, over 45 minutes later, and my fish was KOLD! I couldn't believe it! I had waited for 45 minutes, and she brings me disgusting COLD fish! It was like they didn't finish it before they tried to cook it! I'm not going back there! This place was a mess. And we were not the only customers unhappy. Every table I saw complained and went. Don't waste your time or money in this restaurant.

We really had a great time. The food and drinks and services was wondering abs and outstanding.

The food was terrible overall. Could a got a better meal at McDonald's.

DeDe was excessive. Her tone was very sarcastic. I will definitely not have her as my server again. The food orders did not all come out at the same time. We had to wait 8-10 minutes for the last and most expensive order to finally arrive.
