Sonic Drive-in - Columbia

I've given this place many chances. Breakfast coffee tasted like dirt, egg item made me sick, undercooked cinnamon item. Lunch, after waiting, received wrong order, when I got correct one it was cold and no apologies! Way too much ice in drinks, results in them tasting like water. I want to like this place, but it keeps disappionting

Went inside, there was no one in front of us. We wanted the buffalo chicken bites but we were told, Sonic no longer has them , so I ordered a number 1, no mayo, onion rings a Diet cherry Coke. My friend also ordered her burger and drink same as mine. After roughly 12 minutes of waiting, my cheeseburger was cold, and my drink had very little ice which probably means they made that first and it just sat there. The person I was with had their order all screwed up too.

Clean store with decent parking. Cashier was pleasant but also serves drive through, drive in, uses a door that you must push or pull and tables with no hygiene stop between those contacts. I only felt safe eating the fried tots . Hot dog had been handled and was the smallest dog I have ever seen. Root beer drink was flat and old.

So much different from the Sonic on Broad River Road in Columbia SC. The atmosphere is much more inviting and clean, the food was cooked completely and was hot. Did not taste like completely thawed/sitting out, frozen old food. None of that old metal taste. The customer service was absolutely ? on point...and everyone knows....I love great customer service. They were helpful, pleasant, attentative and knowledgeable. They were able to help me order just what I wanted for my kids. I wish all of them had a vegan menu. Everything here was A+! I will choose this one the next time I go back home. Philly should get their Sonic back.Parking: Stall parking and ordering. Some other parking if your finish ordering and want to eat in your car.Kid-friendliness: Kids have a nice option for a kids meal or other Jr. Options

Terrible service. Will be getting corporate involved. This is the laziest, worst, and rude service
