Starbucks - Columbia

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. The atmosphere is consistently lovely, the staff is friendly, and they provide great recommendations for seasonal drinks. This keeps me coming back to this location in Como! Thank you for being amazing! Service: 5/5

I have to say, I love some diets, but unfortunately, they didn’t have half of what I ordered. The staff was great though; the woman who helped me even reduced the price of the drink I swapped out since the caramel was meant for my usual drink and they didn’t have the Impossible sandwiches. However, after leaving, I took a sip of my coffee and it tasted watered down. I went to another place to get a replacement drink and ordered an Impossible sandwich. When I got home, I had another sip and I'm not sure if they gave me the same drink, but it tasted identical! I can’t understand how a big mocha flavor ended up tasting so diluted with just three shots of espresso. The staff did call the manager, Grayson, who was really nice and listened to my frustration, trying to make it right. Maybe it’s a sign that it’s time for me to move on from my love for Starbucks!

I visited this restaurant yesterday with a friend and we were warmly welcomed by Nick, who enthusiastically offered us some party drinks. He was very professional and showed great passion for his work. I ordered a holiday drink called Glacial and a muffin. Later on, I went back for a refill but was disappointed by Marquee's demeanor; he seemed put off by taking my order and attempted to pass it off to a girl who was on duty. Fortunately, Nick returned and took my order, but he appeared a bit confused about the situation, so I had to explain what had happened. Nick was efficient and a great asset to the team, whereas the place could definitely benefit from more staff like him and less like Marquee. Great job, Nick!

My Drink wasn't Correct, I was kind of in a rush but I Love Starbucks Still and the Customer Service is ALWAYS Top Tier!!
