The lady working the counter made us walk out. We didn?t order quick enough for her and she waived the lady behind us forward. As we are stepping up the lady behind is said go ahead and the worker said no. Your next now. So we just left. Hope that employees life gets better. 03/26/22 1:00pm

When you say open , what exactly do you mean because there isn 't anyone here.

Was not open at 11:20 am on 2022-06-23. I didn't bother to ask if it was permanently closed or not, I just found other overpriced food at another nearby chain sandwich shop.

This place is horrible!!! The bread is stale and the workers talk over your food while making it! I placed an order online and got the confirmation that it was ready but when I got there I ended up waiting because they hadn?t even looked at the receipt! The drink machine is disgusting!! Mold on the soda spouts? dirty trays for the food and I wanna throw up just thinking about what the water that they soak the knives in must look like!! They need to close this place down!!!! I wish I took photos!!!

This was an unforgettable experience. With the temperature soaring to 97 degrees, the heat was unbearable. After walking for 45 minutes, I stopped at Subway to get a cup of water. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by someone who did not appear to be of American descent. She rudely informed me that the only water available was bottled and would cost $2.50. Upon asking about who owned the place, I found out that she was indeed the owner. Another customer then pointed out that there was a water fountain on the drink machine, which only added to my frustration. Feeling lightheaded, I decided against spending $1.69 on a simple cup of water, especially after being treated so disrespectfully by someone who clearly had no regard for customer service. I will not be returning to that Subway again. Fortunately, the kind staff at Wendy's offered me a cup of water for free and even invited me to sit down. That’s what true customer service looks like.
