Taco Bell - Columbia

They're absolutely terrible at their jobs here, but I gave them two stars because it was still better than the two notch location which is an absolute joke. Taco Bell just doesn't care

Here today again at 12:30 pm and no straws!! They need managers that can run this place. This is the worst Taco Bell in Columbia. Always something missing... Shut this place down waited for my fries ten minutes and had to go inside after the forgot they told me to pull around , fries would be done in 2:30 minutes. I had to go inside and get them and they where cold . Shut this place down or get responsible management.......

I don't even get how this place is open! After waiting 20 minutes for my food I get ONE thing that I ordered and a bag of taco shells with cheese and lettuce. I patiently waited because I wasn't in a rush and they still ended up messing up the order! Like I literally felt like I was on pranked, I asked for a refund and WILL NEVER COME BACK! People playing in the back smh it's probably a blessing I didn't get my correct order!

I was employee at this location when was taken off the schedule for 3 weeks after gotten sick and was told that i was fired after i tried to get a transfer managers are rude and very unprofessional

Reading previous comments I see that disrespectful and incompetent employees tends to be a trend and has yet to be corrected. My girlfriend and I arrived at 9:40 to purchase a carry out order. We were approaching the door we were waved off by an employee with just one finger with no explanation as to why the early closing, even after noting hours of operation were listed as close at 11. Fast food workers really show why they deserve their higher minimum wage .
