Feedback gevenI have had wonderful experiences at Tokyo Grill in the past, but that all changed on September 9, 2022. I called in to order a shrimp bowl, and while it tasted fine at first, 40 minutes after eating it, I became incredibly ill. I had to pull over five times to be sick before I could make it home. Once I arrived, I experienced severe stomach pain along with more vomiting and diarrhea. Because of this incident, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
The food was outstanding! The restaurant was very clean, and did I mention how great the food was? Haha!
I've been a regular customer at this location for the past two years, and I have to say I really enjoy it here. Whenever I place an online order, it's always ready by the time I get there, just 10 minutes later. The food is consistently delicious—my go-to is the hibachi steak, cooked medium with teriyaki sauce and fried rice, and it never disappoints. The staff is reliable, efficient, and prompt. I definitely recommend this place for a quick hibachi-style meal.
One white sauce for an entire meal. Disappointing. Shrimp hibachi meal with the tails still on them. Smh. I?ve never had HIBACHI with the shell and tail still on.
Are eggroll's were extremely rotten. They were fish and mushed in your mouth ughh. We politely told the only worker there, he didn't do or say anything about it. Definitely didn't offer a refund. Our meals had rotten even old sour rice in them , once we got the food home. Will not go there AGAIN..
