Wingstop - Columbia

I visited this restaurant and was impressed by the wide range of flavors and options they offer. Their wings were excellent—hearty and delicious—and the sides were equally tasty. However, the service can be quite slow at times. We often had to wait around 10-15 minutes even after placing our orders, which can be frustrating. It seems like you need to remind the staff about your order occasionally, as they can get a bit overwhelmed. On one occasion, I called to place an order while they were open, but I didn't get a response. After trying four times, I finally reached someone, but they put me on hold for over 25 minutes. By the time we arrived in person, we still had to wait longer for our food. Overall, the food is good, but I believe they could really improve their customer service.

The food is good overall. However, I've never had to request seasoning for the fries before. This time, I made sure to ask for it, but unfortunately, it still wasn't added.

Wow! I haven't tried their wings yet, but if the sides are any indication, I'm in for a real treat. I ordered the small fried corn and I wish I had gotten more because it was delicious! I'll definitely be ordering a large next time. I also tried the voodoo fries, and they were fantastic! The seasoning was perfectly spiced, and the cheese sauce was creamy and held up well. It's conveniently located near me, and I can't wait to go back for more!
