My chicken was over boiled and hard. Big Sign tells you to check your order before you leave the trip thru. I did it and the order was right. The girl was cute in the window, but the place looks pretty rough and fell outside. Food: 4/5
I was thrilled to visit Hibachi Express, a restaurant I had visited in the past. When entering the facility, however, I was immediately beaten by the strong smell of cigarettes from the kitchen area. It wasn't good for my culinary experience. When I made my way to the front counter to place my order, I was disappointed to find that the dining room was empty and in a state of the Irrarray. The table where we sat was sticky and unclean, so we had to move twice to find a suitable place. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, with narrow and greasy windows, stoned rice and pieces of vegetables stuck in the cracks of the stands, and spiders and dead flies in the corners of the window. To round off everything, an ame crawled over our table when we were ready to check on our order. In addition, Hibachi Express staff seemed to have little knowledge of the proper food treatment and hygiene practices. I experienced that a customer returned a bag with food to the front counter after he came out of the drive-thru, and the employee who received it tried to serve us at our table. This is a significant violation of health laws and a serious threat to the safety and cleanliness of the restaurant and its cartridges. After leaving, I noticed that Hibachi Express had achieved 88 of her latest health code inspection, with several injuries that are marked against her because they do not fulfill TTS measures. It is clear that this facility must make significant improvements in its hygiene and food treatment practice. I would advise potential diners to do their research before visiting Hibachi Express.
I had no high hopes, so I wasn't really disappointed. Service was fast and friendly, the food was ok, nothing great. The meat was definitely boiled in my meal. The price is quite normal. If you're looking for a fast fix for Hibachi, that's all. Food: 3/5
Worst and Last experience! Me and my husband usually order from here once a week for quick and tasty Hibachi. However my most recent trip was neither of these! I ordered $50-$60 worth of food (3 hibachi dinners and appetizer)to go and was told to drive up and wait for my order. It took a long time to get my order so I assumed at least my food will be fresh .At home me and my husband start eating and notice there is a really bad smell coming from the food...its the rice!My husband takes the food back and after back and forth with the manager only receives a refund for one of the unopened plates. My husband only wanted to exchange the bad food for fresh food as we were hungry. We were told they would not exchange the bad food they gave us or give a refund for the other two plates that were opened. They just lost loyal customers and this situation could 've been handled better. We will take our patronage elsewhere.
