Subway - Columbus Air Force Base

My fiance Joan Starzec was just there and got two sandwiches and the bread was hard and the meat on my steak n cheese was very slim, and her sandwich didn't hardly have no mayo on it at all, we are very disappointed with our sandwiches, THANK YOU

Girl who made my sandwich complained to me about people coming in. They needed to stop coming in because she was hungry and wanted to eat. This was at 12:20. Normal lunch hour when Subway is expected to be busy. Poor work ethic. Rude.

I gave a poor review because of the way the problem was Not addressed, not for the exact problem. I agree that the employees do not listen. I believe that the problem with customer service is corporate wide. Corporate headquarters does not answer their phone either. The store owner responded and apologized but could not help me.

Good service and friendly staff! They will make you the perfect sandwich!

This is my favorite Subway location in Columbus. The staff is great and so is the food. This store is always clean and very welcoming.
