Hibachi Express - Columbus

Says they close at 9, phone intentionally rings busy so u can’t place an order past 8:15 or so ? if you close at 8:30 then don’t list your hours as 9

Was disappointed with how long it took to receive my order, much longer than stated time. And the food wasn't very good.

Always friendly and I appreciate the amount of food they give for the price

I used to love this place but the lady at the front is very rude. She told me it’s fine If I don’t ever come back to them because I had called since they messed up my order. I ordered chicken and shrimp and steak and shrimp hibachi, when I go to pick up my order it was just chicken steak and shrimp . I ask to change it to chicken shrimp cuz that’s what I ordered. Then when I get home I got chicken and shrimp and just chicken hibachi and when I call the lady at front was very rude about it , kept talking over me. But it’s okay I will be in contact with the manager.
