Feedback gevenOrdered online, store never received the order. I had an email confirmation and the girl at the window took my phone and wrote down the order from the email. She didn?t write down any meat! We all had meat on all 3 meals. Very annoying and disappointing. I?m done with Chipotle!!
Worst Chipotle, don 't waste your time. They were dead at lunch, my husband and I were the only customers there. They had 6 employees standing around. Took 2 mins for 1 of them to take my order, they just kept walking around waiting on someone else to do. The lady that did finally take my order said what do you want? With so much attitude. I asked for chips with my order and was told were out of chips . I saw a mountain of fresh chips being bagged behind her. I replied, I see a ton of chips over there getting bagged and she walked away with no response. My husband then ordered chips and was told were not serving chips today portions are small and employees are rude. Dont waste your time.
I ordered a chicken bow white rice no beans, corn, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. See pic. Does that look like any of that? Looks like a pile of throw up
I haven't been to this store in a long time and I see why I haven't! I gave it two stars because the young man that was on the line was sweet and the young man at the register was sweet as well. It's a guy in there that looks evil already he has a missing eye or something and he had an attitude when I asked for white rice. The girl on the line she put like a half a scoop in there and I asked her to put more in there she's going to take the scoop, slams it in the rice and slams it in my bowl and says that's double rice I said you're a double lie! Nasty attitude, nasty food the rice was hard, and it just wasn't a good experience. I tried calling several times to get them to answer the phone, and like last year they never answer this time it was a machine the phone rang once and the recording said we cannot answer your call at this time and it hung up!! I don't think I'll ever be back to this location again I see why I stayed away so long! ?
I arrive at the time of pickup. Woman at the window tells me that I don 't have an order at this location. I show her my email confirmation showing that I indeed had a paid order at this location. She left, came back and told me, yet again, that I didn 't have an order at this location... I ask to see a manager. I showed him the confirmation. He tells me, you don 't have an order at this location. I proceed to tell him that the order was placed and money was exchanged and I needed my food. He told me to come inside where he proceeded to make the worst chipotle I have ever had in my life. My wife 's burrito was 90% rice, they forgot the guacamole we paid for, the extra tortilla we paid for, but instead gave us 2 bags of stale chips? He informed me that sometimes people take other people 's food . As in, what, they rush the counter? Or as in YOU gave them MY food without confirmation!? Terrible experience and I want my money back. You charge FAR too much to deliver quality like this. I feel like I got robbed, honestly.
