Feedback gevenOpened over an hour late. I’m sure they close early too. Probably just shut the doors anytime they get slightly overwhelmed. I’ll have to keep that tactic in mind when I get inconvenienced at work. If they’re all making at least $16 an hour I’d probably just send them home if they’re going to be closed anyway
Order online not because I’m lazy but because I forgot my card I order a burrito white rice, black beans, double chicken (there is no extra chicken) I love chipotle but I’ll think about coming here again…
The food was okay, I would go here if you have time and patience.
I love this Chipotle because I know the customer service will be absolutely horrible every time I go. The employees have a certain teen angst that ruminates in the establishment; it makes me feel so young. Today they forgot to make my order ahead of time, and when the cashier asked their colleague to make it, she was completely ignored for maybe 20 seconds before agreeing to do it--right in front of me! It reminded me of the petty drama that made my terrible first jobs so memorable. I hope these kids keep it consistent because I need this chaotic energy in my life. 5 stars.
I don’t like to write reviews unless I really have to, if I had outstanding service then I’ll say that, but this review is not a good one. I went in and idk if it was because it was lunch hour and everybody gets overwhelmed, the only people who did an amazing job was the tall man who was working there today and the the other shorter male. My biggest issue was the guacamole. The gauc looked spoiled and taste spoiled I almost threw up, matter of fact my stomach is hurting right now to this very second, see photos below. I just had to eat around the guacamole. When I asked the young lady why did the gauc look like that, she responded w a smart remark about how guacamole is made and that’s how it’s supposed to look. Idk I’ve been to chipotle numerous of times and I’ve NEVER seen the gauc look like that unless I put it in my fridge but even then when you mix it around it’s that vibrant green color underneath the browning part. But I’ll let yall decide if guacamole should look like that… please see below. There’s no filter on it whatsoever. But it disgusted me so much I will not be going to this chipotle nor recommending it. So if you eat there please make sure the guacamole ain’t spoiled first.
