Feedback gevenWe love chipotle, but this is the worst we ever had. my man didn't get Fajita vageros and they didn't get them. my chips were also stale. I'm glad we're just going through.
My friend and I ate here yesterday, 4/27, and while the aromen were phenomenal, the pollenasado gave him food poisoning. it was the only meat option that I did not choose that he chose and he became very sick; within 8 hours it came out of both ends to put it bluntly. we have always loved chipotle and will go back to different stalls, but this can turn a problem with their food to get fresh.
I would give zero stars if I could. I put an online order yesterday (04/18/22) at 16 o'clock and my experience at this place was absolutely terrible. I went to eat at 4:05 and it was not placed on the rule. I went to the cash register, the comlety ignored me saying excuse me when she continued to check out strict customers. she finally acknowledges me and asks the name of the order and goes to the side close to the back and finds the solemn. they claimed they have not the order and maybe they can get it back again they will then go to get another lady who approaches me, claims someone stolen my order then expresses that this is not our problem, and we have done our part, then I ask why my food was not kept in the back as it was in the past. Saturday she then begins to raise her voice by not eating in the back, that is your fault, so we don't get it again after she says this, I ask for a refund (which she also rejected) I immediately call the load where the manager answers and says that her girls don't say what I said. the manager then says that it is the rules of business not to keep food in the back (what company later confirms to be a lie too) she says she could not refund me, but offered to make the food itself. as if I wanted to eat some of her food after she treated me badly. she never even apologized or held accountable. it took 3 hours on the phone to get a refund for my order. because of this experience I will never buy food again at chipotle.
I ordered a double pollo asado bowl, but unfortunately there was no pollo in my bowl. I understand that they may have been busy, but the main part of my meal was missing.
This place is always very friendly and efficient. Just be aware that parking can be difficult depending on the time of day. It is Easton, after all.
