Donatos Pizza - Columbus

Pizza je! worst! I ordered large peperoni pizza and 2 orders of wings and came to home that is less than 5 minutes away and the pizza was cold! the one time I am not sure to get my quitting is the cold pizza as if it had been eating for a while! Long days and I had not eaten and tired to go back.

I sat in the window in the car-duration line for over 25 minutes before a worker recognized me and on top I called there phone number several times during this waiting without answer. when I finally got my pizza, it was with sose to a disgusting degree. Food: 2/5

I would give 0 stars if I could. order and receive a confirmation email. I'm waiting for an hour to keep my food not delivered. I called the load and was told that my food was not for the delivery, then for 10 minutes was put on the stop for the hired person to not come for the phone. they took my money, but didn't give me my food. I'll call tomorrow. with all the customer service complaints here, they would have thought that they closed this location or at least 2nd layer fired because that is if the customer service is the worst!

I received the wrong pizza twice, and when I ordered extra pickles, I expected more than just one slice with a pickle on it. The service was slow and the order was inaccurate. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The pizzas were right on time on still hot. I could believe that I didn't have pay for Doordash and it was free they just have to pick up my order and deliver it. Plus they were short of drivers. But I thank you for doing that for us. I also gave a $10 tip. Thank you for helping us out and serving us.
