Feedback gevenThis was the worst New York Steamer I've ever had. There was about half the amount of meat that you would typically find in a standard sandwich. Additionally, the meat was fatty and lacked the usual quality that Firehouse is known for.
The staff were incredibly friendly, but both my bread and my cousin's were hard and stale. Unfortunately, we only discovered this once we got home.
I had a terrible experience. I waited for 20 minutes overall. It took 10 minutes just to place my order, and then another 20 minutes to receive my food. What went wrong?
I like the food here, but the processes could be improved. I have placed a Rapid Rescue online order that should be ready at 2:05. I went with my food at 2:18. They were NOT busy. They prepared my order and left it BEHIND the counter. I couldn't just pick it up without employing employees. I thought they were busy until I got there. But I noticed that literally everyone has gone and have broken up at the same time. So I asked about my order. An employee took it and gave it to me. Then another employee asked, as he said, are the cookies in there? He reacted, they're in there. I checked the order and they weren't there. Then the employee informed me that they were from chocolate chip cookies, but offered me something else. Are you telling me this was right? As much as I like the food here, I will not return to this place. I'm going out to avoid this place. There must be a system to handle orders if all ordered items are not available. And the process should not leave the order behind the counter and then act as it is.
Restaurant was clean and workers was hard at work assisting customer inside store and drive thru. 1st time at this location will definitely be back. Went in to get my Free Bday Sub#Hook&Ladder
