High Horse Vegan Pizza Company

Wow. I thought my experiences with them cancel my orders, lop-sided pizzas, and missing items were unique! I thought it was a series of unfortunate happiness - but it's normal? everyone is torn off and deliberately insulted? what the reviews are right: potential for good eating, but only with a complete personal refreshment, including whatever management team allows.

Really good vegan pizza! but the workers are grumpy, and second time when they were ordered by turfs, they gave us 8/10 wings. the third time we have 7/10 wings and missing side of the ranch that were 50 cents per piece. last time we tried to order over the phone, the employee seemed to be harassing him with our call, and that was after we had to call twice to get through to them. save her money for another good vegan restaurant in columbus

Try to order high horse vegan a few times on doordash. two different paintings, they confirmed and I waited for an hour before they canceled my order. after several frustrating attempts, we finally tried the pizza. it was pretty good for vegan. the vegan cheese has a strange texture, but the disc was decent.

I would give it a 0 out of 5 but it's not possible. I placed an order online and it was cancelled, no text, no call , nothing. So I tried calling the store and the answered after the 5th try and picked up and left the phone off the hook to where I was talking to nobody. Then called again and they did the same thing. Then called 3 more times and they answered with such hostility saying we are clearly busy, it's going to take an hour for your pie, what do you want at that point I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me.
