The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional, delivering quick service even with a large drive-thru order. My cashier, Erica, was exceptional. What a fantastic team! Thank you very much! Just a note: this location is a combination of KFC and Long John Silver's. I ordered an 8-piece fish and chicken family meal through the drive-thru.

Wish there was an option for negative stars. They told us it would be a 3 minute wait and we were fine with that. 15 minutes later they give us our food and good thing I checked after we pulled out because they gave us the wrong order. The guy at thedrive thru did nothing but smoke his vape and talk with his friends that were hanging around in the lobby. Avoid this location,this place is a bust. 0/10. KFC needs to do better

I absolutely do not recommend dining here! The service was terrible. My chicken was undercooked, they served me coleslaw instead of mac and cheese, and the mashed potatoes were cold and clearly instant. The biscuits were rock hard—I'm pretty sure I would have chipped a tooth if I'd attempted to eat one! I tried to call and they never answered. I wasted $40 on food that ended up going straight into the trash!

Your employees are going to run this business into the ground. What was the mush on the bottom of my famous bowl.... never getting KFC again. This is ridiculously gross. Is this a large fry??????????????

The drive-thru service is incredibly slow. They actually needed to confirm if they had two drumsticks. Just two! It took over 10 minutes to place my order. They got my drinks wrong as well. When we finally received our food, they asked us to check the bag, only for us to discover that we didn't even get our food. Given all the other reviews, I can't say I'm surprised. This will be my last visit.
