Feedback gevenI was very disappointed with the service I received, including the customer service, and the food was terrible. When I asked for napkins, I was told, "We ain't got no more." I was really upset about spending $13 on a three-piece meal when the fries were old and the chicken wasn't hot. I was traveling from out of town and unfortunately didn't have the time to go back.
This is by far the worst KFC I've ever visited. Basic customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, it was lacking here. I'm grateful that I won't be returning. I now see why the Popeyes drive-thru is always so busy!
The food is delicious, but I've noticed that prices have increased and the portions of chicken have shrunk.

DT cashier could not get anything right. I know it's a KFC but most chicken places offer a grilled chicken option but not here. I asked for two sides of the same thing. No ice with drink but received ice in my drink any ways. Ordered a box meal and she asked if I wanted the box meal. Terrible experience, I will not return.Food: 2/5
