Feedback gevenI went to this KFC location early Today I ordered 2 meals I received one meal and 2 drinks By the time I went inside they realized they shorted me a meal not a problem they remaded then they had to escort me outside to retrieve my other meal becauseit was property not paid for, u have to pay before they pass your food out the window, but I have a receipt where I ordered 2meals something doesn't make sense then the young lady proceeded to tell me that she spit in my food I have all this on cameraplus KFC's camera. I still don't have either of the meals I ordered. My mother was eating a chicken leg out of it. She had noway of knowing that it was not the meal that I had ordered for her. The lady that escorted me out was telling her to give themeal to her.
I used to work at this restaurant. I was just picking up my boyfriend from his shift, haha. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the food, just like when I was employed there!
I visited the drive-thru and encountered a few issues. The intercom was either broken or the employee at the window needed hearing aids, as he seemed unable to hear my order through the speaker and was very rude. The car in front of me had a similar experience and ended up leaving without their order. I wouldn't recommend this place; it really isn’t a great area.
This was my second negative experience at the same store with this manager, who seems to have a bias against Latina women. It’s unfortunate that a company would appoint someone like her as a manager. I observed her for 20 minutes, and customers were treated with blatant disrespect, as if the staff were tired and annoyed while people were trying to order and read the menu. If you can't handle working in a restaurant in an area with a large Latino community, maybe it's time to find a new job. It seems like she's just miserable.
Restaurant closes at 11pm est everyday but went at 945pm est and they said they're all out of food. Drove 22 mins just for that. This is the 4th time maybe 5th time in the last 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Whoever owns this place is probably a rich guy who doesn'tcare about his customers and even his employees. Just terrible!
