Lemongrass Thai Sushi 2 - Columbus

Giving this establishment 1 star is really being generous. I was in Columbus from out of town requested a quick, take out order. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Before ordering, i heard mixed reviews but i figured i was looking forsomething quick and it couldn?t be that bad. The lack of customer service is what really made it a horrible experience. Theyended up not only wasting my time but left me completely disappointed? hungry! If service means anything to you, i would adviseto stay away.

Horrible customer service. This use to be a place that my family and I loved but it has become trash. They over charged my cousin for our food then skimmed out on the portions. They were no looking for anything FREE but wanted to be charged CORRECTLYas they always order the same dish at least 2-3 times a month. Manager Gina is horrible. She is very rude and condescending.Only after money and not about their customer. When they brought the complaint to her attention she rushed them off the phoneafter 10 MINUTES( 5 of which she kept her on hold for) and told them if they don?t want to order again SHE DOESNT CARE. Theywill be taking their business as well as their colleagues business to another Thai restaurant. Save your money and patronize aplace that appreciates your business.

Food was of great quality and the customer service was acceptable. Arrived to an advertisement posted out front ?50% off sushi.? After eating, the discount wasn?t applied and when I inquired about it they explained it was for rolls only. I explained thatthe sign didn?t specify and asked if a refund for half of my meal or a gift certificate was possible. They claimed they wereunable to make any accommodations and my meal which I was anticipating to be roughly $25 was just below $60. Rating would?vebeen 4 or 5 stars otherwise.

I dined in at around 3pm on a Friday and was seated right away. The staff was extremely kind and nice. The booths are really comfortable and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I decided to try a little of everything. I tried their egg rolls, a coupleof sushi rolls, chicken pad Thai, and chicken fried rice. Everything was brought to the table fast. I had to wait a few minutesto eat because everything needed to cool down(which I like). Everything had great flavor and I would eat it all again. I willcertainly be coming back for more and to try some different things.

First time here. Had 2 waters, 2 Thai teas, drunken noodles with chicken, Santa sushi roll and kiss the fire roll. $65. Food was very good! Santa roll was my favorite! The noodles were spicy and delicious, so filling. The side salad with ginger sauce comeswith the noodles. My first time having Thai tea, it's a mix of red tea and condensed milk, not bad but red tea is very strong asfar as caffeine so careful drinking this at night or if your sensitive to caffeine. Customer service was excellent! Tim was veryattentive and a wonderful server!! Would definitely come back, menu is big and would like to try so many more things!
