Local Cantina Brewery District

I visited this local chain for the first time, and let's start with the positives: the farmers market taco was quite delicious. The self-serve chips and salsa were free, but unfortunately, the chips were stale. As for the fish taco I ordered, it was just okay. My wife enjoyed her chimichanga and appreciated that she could substitute the meat for a plant-based chicken option. Would I return? No! The table was sticky, which was quite off-putting.

Latin American flavor with impactful sauces that adds taste to your meal. I had the chicken and steak fajitas that were out of this world. Delicious corn and their salsa is impactful. Decent prices. Nice and friendly staff. Parking available for a fee and nearby parking garages.

We were riding electric bikes around the city and decided to stop here for dinner. They have a small salsa bar with chips available as soon as you walk in, and the tacos were incredible! The Crunchweezy taco was the standout. However, the strawberry margarita was a bit underwhelming. Still, I would definitely return and try a different margarita next time.

We used to live close to another Local Cantina and had our weekly date nights there. We are always a fan of the food, the beer selection, and the house made margaritas. This Local Cantina shares those good things but has pretty consistently slow service. However, the people are friendly and it's in a great location, so we'll still hit it up from time to time. They did mess up my order this time but that isn't the norm and they fixed it quickly. On the whole, if you're in the mood for some chips and salsa, a few good tacos, and a beer, maybe a little outdoor seating and fresh air, Local Cantina is a great stop at any of their locations.

Taco Tuesday was fantastic! They offered a really great deal. The salsa was tasty, and they made the guacamole fresh to order. I loved the self-serve chips—such a clever idea! I had the carnitas in the LC truck style (with onions and cilantro), as well as shrimp and chicken tinga, and everything was delicious. My wife tried the brisket, carne asada, and the Hong Kong Phooey (chicken with pineapple salsa), and she enjoyed them all. We're planning to return next Tuesday with my daughter and her family. The staff were great; it was game day so it was pretty busy, but they handled everything seamlessly.
