Mcdonald's - Columbus

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was quick. A person with sunshine earrings brought a smile to my face—they radiated such genuine happiness and had a great energy that truly brightened my day! Plus, the fruit punch was fantastic; it was almost as refreshing as the Sprite.

Wow, I couldn't believe how fresh and hot my food was! The service was exceptional. I've been let down by the service and overall lack of customer care at many McDonald's locations, but this experience was a breath of fresh air!

This is one of the few McDonald's locations in Columbus that actually cooks its quarter pounders fresh. They rarely steam them. While it’s claimed that all McDonald's do this, only about 20% really deliver on that promise in Columbus and nationwide. If you end up having to reorder your burger, just think about it: your fries get cold while you wait. This can lead to frustration when you ask for a fresh batch of fries, even though it’s not your fault the burger was steamed. However, that’s not the case here — they consistently serve fresh-grilled quarter pounders and hot fries. On the rare occasions I've had an issue and brought my order back, the management took care of it promptly. I really appreciate that, which is why I’m a regular at this location. I travel across the country, and it’s a reality that many places don’t actually cook the quarter pounders fresh, especially after 7 PM. When you’re paying a decent amount for food, even fast food, you expect quality. They provide it here, consistently, and I go there at least four times a month.

I haven't had any issues with my orders; they've always been accurate and delivered hot. The delivery drivers are fantastic!

The food was cold and it seemed like I got the leftovers from the night. My meal was old and unpleasant. I would not recommend this place.
