Panera Bread - Columbus

I wouldn’t say the bread was bad, but the avocado had a huge hole in it. The sandwich was as cold as a piece of ice, making it hard to take a bite.

I waited 50 minutes for my food, and all they could say was that it wasn't visible on the screen. There was no manager available to issue a refund. The staff seemed disorganized and frantic, like mice scrambling around in a panic. When we finally received our order, the food was barely warm, and they even forgot part of it. This place really needs a management team that knows how to run a restaurant efficiently. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor service.

Panera c?mon can do it better than that. my wife had to wait ten minutes? Is that chicken soup? it is practically 100% broth. homeboy under ricky moran complains about his teriyaki chicken broccoli don't look like the picture. that I would take over every day.

The flatbread pizza is truly excellent! The Margherita (veggie) pizza is perfect for both breakfast and lunch—maybe it could use a bit more sauce, but that's a minor detail. The steak sandwich? Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. The clientele was fantastic as well, with engaging conversations that really added to the experience. It’s nice to see that everyone was enjoying themselves!

My favorite place for French onion soup. So good and always a clean place. Order via a tablet stand.
