I'm disappointed to hear that this restaurant is closing. I really enjoyed their chicken marsala and penne with vodka sauce. The pizza was decent, although it could have used a little more sauce, but it was definitely superior to the typical chain pizzas. This place will be missed.
I visited this restaurant for a date night, eager to enjoy some delicious Italian food, but unfortunately, I was let down by the food, prices, and service. The decor felt quite outdated, but since it seemed like a family-run place, I tried to overlook that. We waited over 30 minutes for our appetizers, even though there were only two other tables occupied. The service was sluggish, and the food was just average, making it not worth the price for me. The table next to us remarked, "This place used to be so much better; it might just be an off night." I’m not sure if that’s the case, but I think I’ll stick to my other favorites in the future.
I'm skeptical of newish places but I was pleasantly surprised! The Italian food is good, and the German food is my favorite. Some places look nice and fancy but the food ends up tasting subpar. This place looks like a small mom and pop place but the food was worth it. Worth checking out and see/taste for yourself!
My family has been eating Peppone’s once or twice a month for the last couple of years. Hands down, it’s our favorite restaurant! The chefs are amazing! Their menu changes a lot, and it’s always delicious. I’m a very picky eater, but I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten from Peppone’s. Oh, and make sure you get some dessert when you stop in or call in your order.
