I went there to pick our team meal at 4:30 when we noticed that the receipt was for 11/3, not 11/2, so I 'm like, Oh no , our boys are going to miss out on wing night but the manager (Julie Ruiz), says give me one moment, so she comes back and says, give me 30 minutes and I 'll have your order, hot and ready. So, lo and behold, 30 minutes later, she 's prepared 450 boneless wings, curly fries, and a salad for 100+ customers. Julie Ruiz (the manager) saved the day. You 're a Rockstar Julie. Thank you for coming through for our boys!! Appreciate You!!

I'm a big Roosters fan from vegas. that was my first time at this place in columbus. the overall experience was satisfactory. server mary b was patient and sweet. I had a problem with my eating and manager (short, pretty, blond-caucasian lady) that I unfortunately did not get her names. I have fixed my problem immediately with large customer service. I'd be back!
