Feedback gevenI had the worst experience at this Starbucks. While I was waiting for someone to take my order, no one acknowledged me, except for two girls wearing headscarves. They made an effort to acknowledge me, and one of them even smiled at me. In contrast, the person who was supposed to take my order didn’t inform me when they would be available.
I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade at this location, and it was a 10/10 drink! Someone accidentally took my drink instead of theirs, but the staff was very understanding and happily remade it for me. Thank you!
I stopped by for a coffee on a tough afternoon and left in a much better mood with the best drink I've ever had! The employee, Tay, was filling in for someone who called off and wasn’t familiar with my drink. She asked if she could give it a try. Given how my day was going, I didn’t expect much, but she truly exceeded all my expectations! Not only did she whip up an incredible drink, but she also lifted my spirits! She definitely deserves a raise and a big pat on the back! I’ll definitely be returning and urging everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for that drink for my future visits, lol!
Completely messed up my order and there landline phone doesn’t even work. This is so disappointing
Had the Mango dragon fruit drink it was so refreshing and my daughter who ordered for us both got the cookie something with coconut milk. This place got the orders just right.
