Starbucks Coffee - Columbus

This location is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly helpful and always friendly. Both the day and afternoon teams are truly amazing. As a tea drinker, I’ve fallen in love with their warm and iced teas—they always brighten my day. It's also super convenient since my son attends school just down the street, making it easy to stop by after drop-off or pick-up. I really love this place and keep coming back. Nobody treats me quite like they do!

I've visited this place a few times while waiting for work meetings. I appreciate the corner booth, which provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind. The interior is quite clean, and I haven't encountered any problems with them running out of the drinks they promote—unlike my local Starbucks. The only drawback is finding parking, but it's a minor issue since it's not too hard to locate (it's available in the back).

I had a pleasant experience with quick and attentive service. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Although it was a bit crowded, my friends and I were able to find a table to enjoy our time. It's a fantastic spot for people-watching with all the foot traffic on 3rd Street. My only issue was with my refill, which had a strong plastic or chemical taste. I'm not certain if it was the cup, the coffee, or the self-serve container, but it was undrinkable. Thankfully, my first cup of coffee was excellent!

A cute little corner store. It's not like your stereotypical Starbucks. The staff here are wonderful and really enjoy the work and connecting with customers. It's like a safe place to hang out, get coffee, tea, food, or just work on a project.

Usually great service! However, today, the barista named Casey was taking my order and she was on her phone the whole time I was trying to order and I had to keep repeating myself. She kept looking down and scrolling through Ulta's website shopping for make up. It was ridiculous! Parking is almost non-existent so it's better to mobile order for a quick in and out.
