Steak 'n Shake - Columbus

The burger was rather disappointing. It lacked a rich meaty flavor, and the patty felt more like a pancake—very thin. The spices were fresh, though, and the salad was crispy, with juicy slices of tomato and thinly sliced ingredients. The rolls were moist, which was a nice touch. Overall, it could use some improvement.

The food was great as always, and I love the milkshakes and fries. However, the restaurant could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning. The wallpaper has some grease on it. Despite this, I remain a fan of Steak and Shake!

The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place! The interior is visually appealing, and even the presentation of the food is impressive. My meal was absolutely delicious.

In order. at almost 1 o'clock eat fresh and hot. the order engineer mr. kyle was in front of location and extremely polite. we did not order our food professionally. he took care of us. kyle! dinge like that, people notice. thank you for 1 o'clock

Had the bacon steakhouse burgers with fries and the m m shake. The burger was extremely small and the fries came in a small box. That was $12 alone which is crazy for such a tiny burger. The picture of the burger made it look big so I assumed it was! Shame on me, at least it was delicious, that’s what saved it. The shake was horrible tho! I’m sorry but the best thing on it was the whip cream. The shake tasted like old ice and I didn’t tasted any sugar. Also, the m m’s tasted very old as well. That made the whole meal underwhelming.
